The Evergreen Legacy Foundation makes small grants to area organizations for projects that improve the community in which we live.  As of July 2025, this process is still in its infancy with parameters being established as our budget allows. 

• Generally speaking, we make grants available only to 501(c)(3) organizations or cover costs directly on behalf of groups that do not have a 501(c)(3) designation.

• We do not sponsor events and do not provide scholarships to individuals.

• We review applications during the fourth quarter of our fiscal year, which runs between July 1 to June 30.

• We prefer to make challenge grants that will spur on other donations to kick-start a campaign.

• If your organization meets the basic criteria, we will schedule a ZOOM interview with a member of the grant-making committee to discuss further.
